The new guiding ISO framework for Innovation Management Systems, named ISO 56002:2019, is the result of many years of research, drafts and revisions. The standard is a great way for individuals and organisations to explore best practices of innovation management, and to create a benchmark for innovation capabilities development and advancement. Since it is not yet a certification but a guiding standard it is also suitable for innovation practitioners that are still early on in their development of innovation management skills.
Eicorn’s online course to teach the ISO 56002 Innovation Management System standard is based on videos, articles and assignments to give participants a clear understanding of the standard and how to effectively implement it. We explore how ISO 56002:2019 is related to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, and how to build an innovation management system that plays on the strengths of the QMS.
This online course is currently under production and will be available during spring 2020. Submit your interest to take it to receive a special offer as soon as we are ready for launch. ISO 56002 is not a standard requiring organisational certification, unlike ISO 9001 and many other standards, but we will offer a personal certificate to participants that have successfully completed the course.
If you have an organisational need to train a larger group of people in innovation management systems and related topics please contact us to discuss a tailored on-site or online training program.
